Donation Requests are accepted August 1-April 1, 2012
Infineon Raceway is proud to donate a gift certificate for two general admission tickets to the Saturday of one of our many racing events as a prize for your 501c organization’s fundraiser.
Simple Qualifications:
- Donation requests will only be accepted between Aug. 1-April 1.
- Organizations must be located in Northern California.
- Requests are limited to one request per organization per calendar year
- Request must include the specific date for your fundraiser
What we need to process a request:
In order to process a request, all letters must include the following information. Due to the large number of requests, we are unable to fulfill incomplete requests.
- Request must be on the organization’s letterhead
- Tax identification number
- Date of your fundraiser
- Complete mailing address, including zip code

Delivery time:
Allow 4-6 weeks after mailing your request to receive the gift certificate.
What the winner of the gift certificate needs to know:
The original gift certificate must be returned, as directed on the certificate. We cannot accept photo copies, faxes, etc. The completed gift certificate must be received by the deadline stated on the certificate. The certificate cannot be exchanged for a different event and cannot be replaced if lost
Tickets will be mailed out two-four weeks prior to the race date to the address on the certificate.
