Race fans are invited to hit the road with Infineon Raceway on Thursday night, May 6, as it heads to the East Bay city of Concord for the 3rd annual Infineon Raceway Night at historic Todos Santos Park.
It's an opportunity for Infineon Raceway to recognize the great motor-sports fans of the East Bay, who have supported the Sonoma Valley facility for more than 40 years.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and coincides with the launch of Concord's Music and Market Series, which spans from May-September and features great music on select Thursday evenings at Todos Santos Park, as well as the Farmer's Market.
Infineon Raceway will rev things up at 6 p.m. with a parade of several stock cars through the streets of Concord under a full Concord Police Department escort. The racecars will traverse through some of Concord's downtown streets before pulling into Todos Santos Park.
Following the parade, people are encouraged to stop by the Infineon Raceway booth, which will include a display of more than 10 racecars, ticket giveaways, a bounce house for children, balloon animals and more.
